Wheel set – Mobile version for racks
This high-quality wheel set has been specially developed for making racks mobile and consists of 2 braked and 2 unbraked swivel castors with a diameter of 100 mm. The wheels are equipped with a wear-resistant nylon tread and mounted in a robust stainless steel fork (made of: stainless steel 18/10, (DIN - 1.4301), suitable for intensive use in demanding environments such as logistics, industry and food processing.

The complete set is fully pre-assembled in our own production and is therefore immediately ready for use . This saves time during installation and guarantees a stable, durable attachment.

Please note:
When ordering this wheel set in combination with a rack, the wheels are automatically mounted on the rack . You will receive the rack ready-made and fully mobile.

Information

If required, our racks can be equipped with castor wheels, making them easy to move. There is a choice of both unbraked and braked castor wheels. The wheels are equipped with a nylon tread as standard, but a streak-free and low-noise rubber tread can also be chosen as an option.

The wheels are mounted in a stainless steel fork (stainless steel type 304) which offers excellent corrosion resistance. The load capacity per wheel is 125 kg, which ensures stable and reliable mobility, even with heavier loads.

The wheels are assembled in our own production environment, which guarantees an accurate finish and consistent quality. For a firm and durable attachment, a rubber sleeve with a technical closure is used, which ensures a secure connection between the rack and the wheel construction. This wheel set offers a durable, hygienic and low-maintenance solution for applications in logistics, industry and food processing, among others.
