The legislation on foodstuffs (HACCP) stipulates that floor surfaces in areas where foodstuffs are prepared, treated or processed must be perfectly maintainable and washable. Direct contact between foodstuffs and a potentially contaminated floor is not conducive. Due to hygiene requirements, your containers may not be allowed to come into contact with the work floor.
