Our robust stainless steel dollies range is manufactured entirely from high-quality stainless steel 1.4301 (AISI 304 ) and has a dynamic load capacity of up to 350 kg. The base has been developed for professional use in industrial environments where hygiene, durability, stability, and maneuverability are important. The 60 x 40 cm size is tailored to all common Euronorm stacking containers. The dolly features smooth, raised edges all around and internally rounded corners. As a result, there are no sharp edges that could damage products, employees, or surrounding equipment.

Thanks to the cleverly positioned central polyamide castor wheels, the stainless steel dolly runs smoothly and remains highly maneuverable at all times. The dolly rotates 180° around its own axis, allowing it to be effortlessly maneuvered in any direction with just one finger. Due to the two centrally mounted plastic polyamide castor wheels, which are positioned slightly lower, the stainless steel dolly rotates smoothly 180° around its own axis. This makes the chassis very easy to maneuver, even in confined spaces. The long sides are folded inwards. This ensures extra strength and load capacity and gives the construction a solid finish. The stainless steel locking bolts are recessed, preventing protruding parts and minimizing the risk of damage to walls, machines, and furniture.Stainless steel dollies in a stackable design
The stainless steel dollies are easy to stack on top of each other. Two practical stacking grooves have been provided for this purpose, into which the middle caster wheels can be accommodated. This allows empty bases to be stored in a space-saving manner when not in use. Due to their all-stainless steel construction, these dollies are particularly suitable for professional production and processing environments. The construction is easy to keep clean and suitable for use in wet, cold, and heavily used areas. Applications include production environments, food processing, the pharmaceutical industry, cold rooms, freezer rooms, and other industrial spaces where robust and hygienically designed transport solutions are used.
