Plastic pallet without ridges, with reinforcement: steel rods that are inserted into the pallet during production to prevent it from bending. The Heavy Duty pallets from NORAH Plastics are extremely robust plastic pallets developed for extremely heavy loads; the perfect solution for fully automated high bay warehouses or transport. Our pallets are reinforced with a steel tube reinforcement and are therefore able to carry a weight of up to 6000 Kg. If a pallet is loaded on deflection, tensile forces occur locally. This is the case when a pallet is placed in a rack resting on two supports. Due to its own weight and possibly other loads, the pallet can deflect in the middle. As a result, tensile forces occur at the bottom of the slats and compressive forces at the top. Because steel can absorb tensile forces, steel rods are incorporated into the pallet at those places where tensile forces occur: the reinforcement. This makes the pallet heavy duty and equipped for extra heavy applications. Made from first-class raw materials and compatible with all standard handling and transport systems. The pallets are repair and maintenance free. Individual printing such as name and logo or special colors are available on request.
