ESD Pallet 120x100x15cm on 5 drag skids, reinforced

NPESDHD12105
Product information
  • ESD block pallet with a reinforced pallet deck made of electrically conductive ESD plastic material
  • Developed for safe storage and transport of sensitive electronic components
  • Special throughput / surface resistance: 106 < 1010 Ohm/cm
  • Pallet chocks and drag slats are additionally reinforced, breakage at these sensitive points are therefore minimized
  • The round design of the pallet chocks prevents tearing of wrapping and stretch film
  • Hygienic design; top of pallet deck is smooth and closed without external rib structures with raised edges
  • Raised edges around the pallet prevent sliding of cargo and sliding of empty pallets among themselves
  • Pallets are resistant to the most aggressive chemicals (acids and alkalis)
  • Resistant to extreme cold and heat from -40°C to +80°C
  • Can be provided with company logo on request
  • Minimum purchase per stack is 15 pieces

Information
ESD pallet with closed pallet deck made of electrically conductive plastic material. Developed for safe storage and transport of sensitive electronic components and parts. ESD stands for Electro Static Discharge, or electrostatic discharge. ESD is the designation for the type of electrostatic discharge that poses a risk of damage to semiconductor components during or after electronics manufacturing. This threat can come from the human body being electrostatically charged by friction of clothing or footwear with chair seating, carpeting or other clothing. Charges on isolated parts of a machine or on other components may also pose a hazard. Finally, the component itself may be charged and discharged against an object with a different potential, such as the metal of a grounded tool. The small crystal structures in an integrated circuit are very vulnerable to the relatively large discharge currents, and protecting the circuits is a high priority of semiconductor manufacturers. All paths in the circuit to which the terminal pins are connected are protected with robust diodes and resistor networks if possible. Our ESD pallets prevent this electrostatic charging and divert the charging already present. With a special passage resistance / surface resistance: 106 < 1010 Ohm/cm.
