A bit of history...

The  stainless steel dollie is not just any transport dollie, it was introduced in the 1980s by NORAH Plastics. Initially for the meat processing industry there was a great need for a Hufterproof” transport chassis. Meat has a high density, which means that it is relatively heavy compared to many other foods such as vegetables or grains. This is due to the composition of muscle tissue and fat. In addition, the processing such as slaughtering, packaging and distributing meat takes place in a constantly humid environment.
