NORAH Plastics Goes Green

Corporate social responsibility (CSR), sustainable business or social enterprise is a form of business aimed at economic performance (profit), with respect for the social side (people), within ecological constraints (planet): or the triple-P approach.

An important part of sustainable business is the recycling process of durable plastics HDPE and PP. Giving our products such as plastic containers, plastic pallets and even the transport trucks a second chance after their life cycle.

NORAH Plastics is aware of its responsibility and has set itself the mission to use mainly sustainable plastics in its products which can be recycled well. The importance of recycling is great as the earth gets caught up in its surplus and waste. We are at a point where every resident and producer, should ask themselves the question what can I do about waste and food waste. Because both domestic and business insist on sustainable consumption and maximum recycling. Both local, European and international governments offer various initiatives, organizations that ensure recycling and take-back obligation. Always with one goal: a sustainable and waste-free living environment.

  • REDUCE = Reducing, first and foremost, means using fewer resources.
  • RECYCLING = Recycling the materials from the waste are used to make something new again
  • RESUE = Reuse, the materials are not yet separated and the product is reused in its entirety. Before you recycle or throw something away, consider whether there is life in it.

Sustainable plastics VS plastic, the same material yet a very different one.

From time to time we get the comment "Are you still offer plastic products?" The answer is simple. yes, as long as it concerns sustainable plastics, these products are endlessly recyclable so reusable. We understand that there is confusion with plastic, however, this is not the same.

Even though the products of NORAH Plastics consist of the same basic material 'plastic', it is a world of difference. We do not offer disposable plastics, but only high-quality and durable plastics that can be perfectly used in a circular economy.

For this we are always actively looking for raw materials that are fully recyclable. Each product is given a second life at the end of its useful life. For this we actively work together with reliable partners who can make this environmentally friendly recycling process possible. Because we also strive to comply with the European Standard 'EN15343.2007' extensively.

In addition, we also supply a number of important products from our current program that are made from 100% recycled plastics. In this way, we ourselves complete the circle.
